Pier into the past!
Don't let the damage on the pier fool you, who's to say it has to be damaged? The great thing about stock footage is that you can use it in a variety of ways! Why not use this clip in the beginning of your construction presentation to show what it could have looked like before the work was done? Then, the after can be your rendition of the finished product, drawn directly on top of the frame from the footage!
